Under the No Surprises Act, all clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) that outlines the expected costs for therapy services. The purpose of the GFE is to provide transparency and help you make informed decisions about your care.
The GFE includes information such as:
• The type of therapy service(s) you will receive.
• The anticipated frequency and duration of sessions.
• The estimated total cost of services based on your individual treatment plan.
You will receive your Good Faith Estimate at the start of services, typically after our initial consultation. If your treatment plan changes over time, you are entitled to request an updated GFE that reflects any new or adjusted services.
While the Good Faith Estimate provides an approximate cost, the final cost may vary depending on factors like changes in your treatment plan or the addition of new services. You will be informed of any updates in advance whenever possible.
For additional details about your rights under the No Surprises Act, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Therapy for individuals provides a safe, supportive environment for individuals to address personal challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship struggles. It focuses on self-awareness, emotional growth, and coping strategies, helping individuals improve mental health and well-being.
-
Therapy for parents helps manage the challenges of parenting, including stress, communication issues, and behavioral concerns. It provides tools to strengthen relationships with children and improve family dynamics, creating a healthier, more supportive home environment.
-
Individual therapies focus on personal struggles such as emotional difficulties, anxiety, or trauma, while marital and family therapy addresses relationship dynamics, conflict resolution, and improving communication within couples and families. Both are essential for emotional well-being but focus on different aspects of life.
-
PANDAS and PANS caregivers support children with neuropsychiatric symptoms triggered by infections. They often navigate complex medical treatments, work closely with healthcare professionals, and provide emotional support to their child. Connecting with other caregivers and support groups can be vital in managing the demands of caregiving.
-
A family therapist helps improve communication and resolve conflicts within families. They work with family members to address issues such as parenting difficulties, relationship problems, or behavioral concerns in children. Family therapy fosters emotional healing and stronger family relationships.
